Facebook Business Profile Setup

With this service, you are contracting with Byrd to set up your Facebook business page.

The advertised fee of $50 is for the setup of the page including uploading a logo and entering the business location, hours of operation, pricing for services, contact information, and adding a cover photo.

This fee does not include content creation or any fees associated with the Facebook page such as running Facebook ads.

PROCESS

There will be an initial 30-minute to 1-hour consultation call to discuss the client's vision for their Facebook page. During this call, Byrd will inform the client of the necessary documents that are required from them to begin setting up the Facebook page. Byrd will also answer any questions the client has about the process.

Regular communication will take place via email to keep the client informed of progress on the Facebook page. Upon completion of the page, Byrd will email the client requesting they review the page for any errors or updates.

The client can also request additional calls for an additional fee.

A high-level operational manual can be provided to the client upon request that includes high-level details of how to update the Facebook page and upload content.

The client will be required to email or upload the necessary documents to a secure shared online folder in a timely manner to stay consistent with the deadline of the Facebook page setup. If an online shared folder is necessary to share documents, Byrd will provide the client with a link to an online portal to complete with requested information.

The following items are required in addition to others that may be requested:

- Logo

- Pricing or fee to be listed on Facebook page

- Description to be included on Facebook page (If no description is provided, Byrd will draft some language and have the client approve it)

- Hours of Operation

- Contact information (Email address, phone number, website, location)

TIMING

It can take up to 2 weeks to set up the Facebook page but a deadline will be discussed with the client during the consultation call.
